It is formally expressed through scores and ratings from various institutions and rating agencies, and it involves an in-depth analysis of corporate strategies, policies, programmes and risk management frameworks. Every year we receive accolades for our performance in ESG management, ethics, climate awareness, diversity, and other fields. The following ratings and awards are an external recognition of our sustainability efforts.
We were awarded in the Sustainability Reports competition held by the Responsible Business Forum and Deloitte Poland. The jury appreciated our Report for its comprehensive and detailed presentation of the value chain, diagnosed climate-related opportunities and threats - a reliable scenario analysis, development of a circular economy road map, detailed methodologies for taxonomic and climate disclosures, and the fact that the report's reliability was confirmed by an external verification.
Winner of the CSR Golden Leaf, awarded by Tygodnik Polityka in cooperation with Deloitte and the Responsible Business Forum. The Golden Leaf is an award for ESG leaders for consistently choosing sustainable development as a key element of business strategies and relationships with stakeholders.
An award in the Footwear Industry category of the World Finance Sustainability Awards 2023. The awards are presented to companies who are aware of the importance of sustainability to their customers, employees and shareholders and who, first and foremost, take action on sustainable development, constantly exploring new ways to enhance their sustainable development activities.
CCC on the list of the most advanced in managing diversity and inclusion in Poland, which included 36 organizations. The list was compiled based on the Diversity IN Check survey conducted by the Responsible Business Forum and its partner organisations.
The CCC Group was awarded in the 9th edition of the Ethical Company competition organized by Puls Biznesu. As an organization awarded for three years in a row, we received the title of Super Ethical Company. The "Ethical Company" competition distinguishes the best models of business conduct and rewards companies for which ethics is primarily a determinant of conduct.
The main prize in the 16th edition of the Sustainability Reports competition organized by the Responsible Business Forum and Deloitte. The jury of the competition awarded our publication with i.a. for reliably presented information and detail in the description of important topics, including an in-depth analysis of issues related to climate change and progress in the implementation of the circular economy roadmap.
The CCC Group won the Lower Silesian Griffin 2022 statuette in the "Ecologically Aware Company" category. The commitment to constant development, which contributes to improving not only the economic but also the social situation of the entire Lower Silesia, was appreciated.

The CCC Group came in first in the Climate Strategy Benchmark survey for its climate action reporting. The ranking table was compiled by Go Responsible Sp. z o.o. in partnership with Centrum UNEP/GRID-Warszawa. The survey covered WIG20 and WIG40 companies.
We won the 2nd place in the Promoting Circular Economy Practices category for our Give Your Shoes a Second Life project and the collaboration with WoshWosh on a shoe drive for the homeless. We also received an award in the Implementing Circular Economy Practices category for our responsible approach to fashion, as reflected in our Go For Nature eco-friendly line of footwear and accessories.
We joined the elite group of seven listed companies awarded the title of Climate-Aware Company. The ranking table was compiled based on the Corporate Climate Crisis Awareness Study of companies listed on the WSE.

In the Corporate Climate Crisis Awareness study of WSE-listed companies, the CCC Group was one of the six companies awarded the Climate-Aware Company title.
The study was based on the 2019 annual reports of listed companies required to report non-financial data. The main evaluation criteria were climate crisis management policies or strategies, identification of climate change risks and opportunities, and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions.
The Responsible Business Ranking is a list of companies operating in Poland that are evaluated in terms of the quality of their CSR management systems.
