Conclusion of an annex to the agreement by the Issuer's subsidiary

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) announces that today, i.e. 29th April 2022, a subsidiary of the Issuer, Modivo S.A. (hereinafter: the Company), based in Zielona Góra, concluded an annex to the agreement on the multi-purpose credit limit of 26 October 2017 with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: the Bank), based in Warsaw, ul. Grzybowska 53/57.

With this annex, the term of the credit limit has been extended until 29 April 2023, granted up to the total amount of PLN 260,000,000.00, under which the Bank granted the Company a limit in the form of an overdraft in the current account up to the total amount not exceeding PLN 260,000,000.00.

Other conditions do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above-mentioned information due to the significant value of the concluded agreement.
