Rozvoj zručností zamestnancov CCC Slovakia

Cieľom tohto projektu je zvýšiť sektorové zručnosti zamestnancov predajní v sektore maloobchodu s potenciálom k budúcemu kariérnemu rastu. Týmto vzdelávaním by sa mali zlepšiť nedostatočné odborné zručnosti spojené s predajom tovaru, slabšia komunikácia s klientom a vyššia fluktuácia.

Výsledkom projektu bude skupina 120 osôb, ktoré budú mať zvýšené kompetencie v oblasti obchodu. Po úspešnom ukončí projektu, budú môcť byť obsadení na vyššie pozície.

Rozvoj zručností a vzdelávanie našich zamestnancov nám pomôže vytvoriť v predajniach väčšiu konkurencieschopnosť personálu a zaistí vytvorenie profesionálnych pracovných tímov. Významným prvkom tohto projektu je zapojenie zamestnancov v kategórií nad 50 rokov.

Kontinuita projektu je zabezpečená prenosom potrebných informácií k ostatným zamestnancom v jednotlivých predajniach. Projekt je tvorený jednou hlavnou aktivitou a dvomi podaktivitami. Všetky aktivity sú v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi udržateľný rozvoj, podpora rovnosti mužov a žien a nediskriminácia, ktoré sú definované v Partnerskej dohode SR na roky 2014 – 2020 a v čl. 7 a 8 všeobecného nariadenia.

The aim of this project is to increase the sectoral skills of retail sales staff with the potential for future career growth. This training should improve the lack of professional skills related to the sale of goods, weaker communication with the client and higher fluctuation.

There will be a group of 120 employees with increased business competencies as a result of the project. They will be able to be promoted to higher positions after successful completion of the project.

Developing skills and training of our employees will help us raising the competitiveness of the stores staff and ensure the creation of professional work teams. An important element of this project is the involvement of employees over 50 years of age.

The continuity of the project is ensured by transferring the necessary information to other employees in the individual stores. The project consists of one main activity and two subactivities. All activities are in line with the horizontal principles of sustainable development, the promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination, as are defined in the Slovak Republic's Partnership Agreement 2014-2020 and Art. 7 and 8 of the General Regulation.
