The General Meeting is the supreme organ of the company, used to exercise the rights of shareholders. The General Meeting of CCC S.A. is carried out under the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code, the Articles of Association of the Company and the provisions of the Regulations of the General Meeting of CCC SA with regard to the Code of Best Practices in Public Companies. The General Meeting cover all matters related to the operations of the Company and reserved to its jurisdiction provisions of the Commercial Companies Code and the Articles of Association. The shareholders exercise their corporate rights by means of a general meeting.
